Is Morgellons Real?

A disease of the skin or of the mind?

If you haven’t heard of it, this is a disease that became popular quite recently, within the last 10 years. The name was given by a regular woman, as the medical industry refuses to accept it as a real disease.

What is Morgellons?

The explanation will change depending on whom you ask. The people who suffer from this disease have uncomfortable sensations of something like bugs crawling beneath the surface of their skin, lesions and sores on the skin and from these lesions fibers similar to clothing fibers are excreted. If you ask the medical industry, these people suffer from a condition called delusional parasitosis. In layman’s terms that means it’s all in their heads and they are manifesting the whole thing.

Why would the medical industry ignore this?

A study by the CDC was recently released (Jan 2012) with inconclusive evidence. They could find no indication that the fibers were caused by a living organism and thought the lesions were coming from the person scratching the places they were imagining were itchy. Couldn’t they put some oven mitts on the subjects of the study so they couldn’t scratch? That’s what my mom did when I had chicken pox! The big question looming in the shadows is, who is trying to cover this up? The whispers are growing louder and their answer is synonymous: Monsanto.

What does Monsanto have to do with this?

Monsanto is well known for being the leader in GM crops. They are making billions on patenting seeds and suing farmers who don’t want to use them. A smaller study done at Oklahoma State University linked Morgellons to GM food. Monsanto and it’s BFF the FDA have been touting how safe GMO’s are, and how no studies need to be done on their safety. They would have a bit of explaining to do if research came out linking their sugar daddy to disease, wouldn’t they? Monsanto is a multi billion dollar company, it’s not hard to believe they can throw a little money around to get their way.

How does Morgellons link to GMO?

The studies to date are not conclusive, if they were Monsanto would be in a big deal of trouble. Since they fund a lot of research, it limits those facilities ability to publish scientific evidence against the safety of GMO. The link that currently exists lies in Agrobacterium. It is a bacterium in the soil that is extensively used and manipulated in the production of GM crops, and it is also found in the puzzling fibers that are released from Morgellons sufferer’s skin. Further research would be needed to verify the link. So, you tell me, why did the recent CDC study completely ignore this piece of information in their recent study on the disease?

What an interesting disease or fabrication of the mind depending on who you believe. The Morgellon's research facility has preliminary evidence that it is linked to nano particles.
